These can be worn alone or under a dress or skirt with the bottoms sticking out. Soft peach cotton with cream lace and embroidery details and little satin ribbon bows. They have an elastic waist has a lot of room for comfort and these can easily fit 2T 3T and even up to 4T, depending on size. They are in excellent vintage condition. Appear to be handmade with love, care and skill.
